play production once a year as a fund raiser. Whether you like to be
behind the scenes or on the stage, there is a creative/fun job for you.
Let Anne Dingwell know, if you are interested in a new, exciting and fun

Tai Chi
Wilson Chiu passion is to promote healthy life through Tai Chi. Some of
the health benefits are improved circulation, balance and posture, increased
strength and flexibility and reduced stress. With regular practice, the
internal art of Tai Chi reaches deep inside the body to benefit the entire
physiology including tendons, joints, spine, connective tissue and internal
organs. It restores the calmness and peace of mind that is often lost
through the desires and anxieties of daily life.
It will start Wed Oct 7, 7:30 to 8:30 at the church and go for 6 weeks
until Nov 11. There will be a $5 fee per session.

new habits and are recognized as you achieve lifestyle and weight loss
